I am a HUGE fan of the Lebanese Ka3keh. This is a new place that makes it (finally) + they have other types that ares stuffed with things like cheese, zaatar, labneh, chocolate and a lot of other goodies. Its called ASRONY and its in Hawally, I have not tried it yet, but my friend did and he literally said, ITS THE BEST THING I HAD IN MY LIFE… (oh well).
